Clean Development

Hanam Carbon specializes in the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). CDM is one of the mechanisms to combat climate change.

The background to CDM is complicated. Simply put, it involves the trade in greenhouse gas emission reductions between rich countries with obligations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and countries that do not have obligations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, yet ratified the Kyoto Protocol.
